Who we assist

• Nelson Mandela University; - help the marine biology students with their research projects of corals and sea life.
• NMU with studies and sampling of the experimental fish cages and surrounding area
• Bayworld with research projects – for sharks and fish counts.
• Bayworld with the whale and dolphins observation and photos,  in the areas they visit and cover along our bay, islands and coastal area.
• SAEON & Rhodes University with bay water sampling and observation in both Coega and PE harbours.
• We provide boats and assistance for diving and training for professional dive charter operations. ProDive, ODI and Port Alfred Dive School
• Reef Atlas Project; – Collection of information , co-ordinates of reefs and data for mapping of the coast line inside and outside the bay area.
• Sea based races and competitions  international , national & local, We assist as skippers and provide safety boats and start boats for races- Yachting , Ironman, Surf Ski Classic, Hobby Cats, Life savers, Sea kayaks, Sea swims, Sea kadets etc.
• NSRI – On the Wildside – Assist sea rescue when additional boats are needed and speed of access is needed.
